To request multiple rooms, you must submit a new form for each room and the name of the guest who will occupy the room. Please book each room under different names!

NOTE: Your reservation will be processed as requested, and confirmed via email. The hotels provide us with their availability, which you have just viewed. If there is any discrepancy we will notify you.

All requests are processed within one business day when booking Monday thru Friday, and Saturday office hours are 10:00am CST - 4:00pm CST. In most cases we will process same-day, however in some cases it will take one business day.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Note: If you need to cancel please contact us. A $25.00 fee per room will be charged to your credit card by Hot Rooms® for cancellation of confirmed reservations. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival may also be subject to a one night room fee from the hotel.

The hotel’s cancellation fee or no-show charge may apply based on the rules of the hotel.
